Nappa Stitched Leather Cord. These Nappa cords are available in various thickness and in various colors. Our nappa leather cords have occupied a standard market place & are extensively used for various purposes such as in bracelets, garments, ladies purse, necklace etc. In the making of bracelet there is three stage of quality checking process norms, First- Receiving Stage, Second-In-process Stage, and Third- Final Stage.

Products are checked to ensure the desired dimensions, design, softness, colorfastness and packaging requirement. Our leather cords and accessories production unit has spiral cutting machines, skiving machines, rounding machines, coloring machines, braiding machines, laser machines, electroplating plant and E-coating plant, most of which are imported from Europe and U.S.A. Our bead production unit has sand cleaning machines, drum polishing machines, fire polishing machines and luster/rainbow finish machine. We use most of the chemicals made by the multinational companies and many of them are imported from Europe
We are a 14001: 2004 certified company. Our products are produced under environmentally friendly conditions. Our leather products are eco-friendly, biodegradable, nontoxic, lead under 600 ppm, low formaldehyde, P.C.P free, azo-free and it meets the German good ordinance effective from April 1, 1996, August 2001 and 2002 / 95 / EC. Our beads are nickel free and lead under 600 ppm. We import most of the dyes and chemicals for leather cords from Europe. Our products are produced under environmentally friendly conditions. Our leather products are eco-friendly, biodegradable, nontoxic, lead-free, low formaldehyde, P.C.P free, Azo free.
